I emailed Clare from George Home because I had seen people from other courses do placements for ASDA and commercial design for products is something I am interested in so I thought a placement there would be good to do. I am still waiting on a response but I do think that it would be more useful to me to fulfil a placement after university, over summer that way I can give my full attention with it without having to divide my time between my job and uni work especially if it's a 9-5 type placement. I want to be able to invest all my time into it. I think after uni I'm going to spend my time going between long term placements to gain experience before going into an actual job.
